Everyone loves the old neighborhoods in their home town, filled with interesting homes along tree-lined streets. It's a vivid part of the American dream. If we could go back in time to when those streets were first designed and paved and homes began to appear, we'd see an environment similar to new communities today: more dirt than grass, small trees and a mostly bare landscape. Unfortunately, it takes time for a canopy of green leaves to drape a neighborhood. Fortunately, Signature Homes values the look of our neighborhoods long after we're through building and selling homes there. That's why we work diligently to create the best overall design for a new community, with green space and parks wherever possible, and why we spend more than many developers in establishing the landscape. Everywhere you see brown when you come upon our developments in their infancy, we see green in the future.
